Bladen has over 20 years of experience within the civil construction industry. As founder and Managing Director, he has lead the company to successfully deliver numerous civil, mining and infrastructure projects throughout Australia. His technical knowledge coupled with his strong management capabilities has enabled him to get the best out of his staff and continue to improve and expand the capabilities of BK Civil Group.
Jack’s career spans the Oil and Gas, Mining and Civil Construction industries for over 16 years. As General Manager, he ensures projects are delivered on time and to the required specifications. His strong interpersonal skills facilitate effective communication amongst project stakeholders.
Plant Operations Manager
Steven has been working with heavy industrial plant and equipment for the past two decades. He’s responsible for the management of BK Civil Group’s fleet of machines and operator staffing for all projects. His flexible attitude enables him to effectively meet required demands in ever-changing projects, without compromising safety standards.
Transport Operations Manager
Paul manages BK Civil Group’s transport and logistics. Thirty years of experience within the civil construction and transport industries has given him a thorough understanding of varied projects. Paul is effectively able to match the right transport solutions to each job whilst adhering strictly to all compliance and legislative requirements.
