Brief:

The project involved Capping & Ancillary Works at the Emu Creek Landfill site. During works, Council transitioned the site from a landfill to a bin station to continue to provide waste disposal capability to the Emu Creek community. Due to the need to maintain an operating facility, the works were completed in two stages.
